Calibre works alongside NDIS providers to develop, strengthen and maintain the governance systems and workforce capability required for safe, sustainable delivery of High Intensity supports.
Calibre provides provider-level Registered Nurse consultancy alongside clinical governance and audit-readiness support for NDIS organisations delivering or preparing to deliver High Intensity supports. This includes governance framework development and review, HIDPA policies and procedures, clinical documentation systems, workforce capability frameworks, incident and quality review, and ongoing governance support.
Governance services support provider preparation and continuous improvement. They do not guarantee registration, certification or a particular audit outcome. The suitability and effectiveness of governance systems ultimately depend on the provider’s implementation, service context and individual circumstances.
Each engagement begins with understanding your organisation before any recommendations are made.
Review and development of clinical governance frameworks, HIDPA scope-expansion preparation, Module 1 policies and procedures, evidence requirements and organisational systems aligned with applicable NDIS Practice Standards and HIDPA Skills Descriptors.
